Family Program Registration | Fall 2024
We have now loaded our Fall 2024 Family Programs into our Amilia storefront for you to view. Over the next week and a half you can read through them and decide which programs are a good fit for your child(ren). A friendly reminder that you may register each participant into a maximum of TWO programs for our Fall 2024 session. Any additional programs will be cancelled.
Please note that you will not be able to register for our programs until our launch date which is set for: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
Set your alarm! It is important to register at the time of launch as all of our programs have a limited number of spots available and fill up quickly.
New Program Alert: We’ve teamed up with Pure Energy Dance Co to offer a Jazzy Hip Hop Dance class for 4 – 14 year olds!
Swimming Lessons: If you plan to register into a parented swim lesson class with us, please read through the attached PDF files of information before registering.

Please Read:
- All registration takes place on Amilia online. Your account must be fully set up before Aug 27 in order to participate in our Fall 2024 registration on August 28. (An Annual Family Membership & an Agency Intake Membership must be added into your account by admin)
Any Amilia account set up inquiries can be directed to admin: admin@autismservices.ca or 306-665-7013 ext 0. - *Important: Family Programs are only offered to our clients who are individuals diagnosed with Autism or who are on a current wait-list for an Autism diagnosis. They are not intended to be offered to siblings who do not meet this criteria. We have added a ‘Client Skill’ to our participants in your Amilia account which means that all eligible participants will be able to register into our Family Programs.

- Financial Assistance Update:
● On August 13 we emailed discount codes to all families we approved from our Fall 2024 applicants. Please ensure you have received that email and save it to reference your discount code on program launch day – Aug 28.
● Please note that we have now surpassed our deadline for Financial Assistance requests for our upcoming Fall 2024 session. We will reopen these requests prior to our Winter 2025 session for any families who are brand new or wanting to re-apply.
Important Information about Family Programs:
- Our Fall 2024 session will start the 3rd week of September and run until the end of November for 10 weeks (Each program will have its own unique session dates)
- Family Programs offers program sessions 3 times a year: Fall, Winter & Summer
