Welcoming Our New Chief Executive Officer, Julian Tomlinson

As we prepare to say goodbye to a remarkable leader, we also look ahead with excitement and confidence.

After 11 years of dedicated leadership, Lynn Latta will be retiring at the end of the summer. Her impact on our organization, our programs, and the families we serve has been both deep and lasting. We thank Lynn for her compassion, commitment, and guidance through years of growth and change.

At the same time, we are proud to introduce Julian Tomlinson as our new Chief Executive Officer, beginning September 15.

Julian is a seasoned, values-based leader with more than 30 years of experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors. He is an award-winning educator, author, and certified Executive Coach, known for building inclusive, high-performing teams and leading with care, clarity, and vision.

Julian brings a deep commitment to community, reconciliation, and collaboration. He has worked in advanced education, Indigenous engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation, and he is passionate about creating meaningful impact.

We are excited to welcome Julian to our team and community. Over the coming weeks, Julian and Lynn will be working closely together to ensure a smooth and thoughtful leadership transition.
